SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once you intend to place an order, you must click on the BUY button. On the cart screen, the first thing we will ask you for is your personal information, delivery address, billing and telephone number, in order to issue an invoice and prepare the package. As a general rule, the packages are prepared immediately as soon as the order is received. We prepare orders from Monday to Friday from any of our cycling stores in Madrid. We carry out the home delivery service with the express transport companies SEUR, GLS, ENVIALIA or DHL that deliver to the peninsula within 2 to 5 days, it being reasonable for them to take up to 2 more days if there is a weekend. of week in between. This period will begin to count from the date of collection of the order in our warehouse. For orders placed during the weekend or on holidays, the term will count from the first business day.
It is important to reflect on the delivery note of your package "PENDING REVIEW" to be able to claim any incident that may have occurred from the courier service. And it is also important that both the telephone number provided and the shipping address are correct and that there is someone waiting for the package to avoid delays, keep this in mind in case you want to request delivery to your workplace.
DELIVERY OF PACKAGES (Not bicycles)
The following shipping costs will apply:
- Spain Peninsula*: 6€, from 50€ of purchase shipping is free
- Spain Balearic Islands: 12€, for orders of less than 50€, 20€ for orders of more than 50€ and less than 100€, and from 100€ of purchase shipping is free
- Portugal: 8.95€
IMPORTANT: Some of the bicycle brands we offer have a sales policy that DOES NOT ALLOW HOME DELIVERY. You can buy these items online but you must pick them up at our physical stores in Madrid.
In case the bicycle admits the shipment:
- Spain Peninsula*: free shipping
- Spain Balearic Islands: 35€
- Portugal: 49,95€
- Europe: 180€ (on request)
*Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands do not have the transport service.

HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU IN CASE OF DOUBT ABOUT AN ONLINE ORDER?
The different forms of payment will be displayed depending on the total purchase amount of the cart.
1.- PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER
Available for any amount. If you choose this payment method, once the order is finished you will receive a confirmation email with our bank details. If not, check your spam filters (junk mail) or call our Customer Service. Once the order is finished, we will reserve the item(s) for 4 days and, as soon as we register the payment, we will proceed to send the order immediately. Depending on the bank, the transfer can take between 2 and 4 business days to complete. The transfer costs are subject to your bank. The payment of an order will not be considered made until the total amount of the payment has been received in our bank account.
2.- CARD PAYMENT - VIRTUAL POS
Payment through CECABANK TPV Secure Payment Gateway for amounts up to 499.99€
Payment through the REDSYS TPV Secure Payment Gateway for amounts from 500€
A payment gateway screen will be displayed where your bank card credentials will be requested. In this way we guarantee that we do not handle or store your bank card information. We only know the data of the order and if the payment has been made. Once this process is finished you will receive your payment confirmation.
SECURITY IN YOUR PURCHASES. At Sanferbike we use SSL technology, which allows us to encrypt the data you provide us with and prevent third parties from accessing it. However, the most important protection is your own password. Never provide your password to third parties and prevent your account from being accessible. We abide by current data protection regulations and laws. The data you provide will only be used to process orders and constantly improve our services, but we will never pass it on to third parties without your prior consent.
CONNECTION. You should never connect to the Virtual POS service from a link received in your email or by any other means. It is recommended that you type the URL directly into your browser.
PERSONAL PASSWORDS. NEVER provide your personal passwords to anyone, not even the bank will ask you for the passwords either by mail, by phone or in person.
TRANSMISSION OF INFORMATION. Check that you are on a secure payment page: the page address must start with https:// (pay attention to the "s"). In addition, a "closed padlock" should appear at the bottom of the screen, like this:
SERVICE DISCONNECTION. Always use the disconnection operation when you have finished your Virtual POS session. Our server disables sessions after a while, but it's better to order them to end manually to prevent someone else from using it in your absence.
