SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

When you shop and place an order, the first thing we ask for is your personal details. As a general rule, parcels are prepared as soon as we receive your order. We prepare orders from Monday to Friday in one of our cycle shops in Madrid. We deliver to your home with the company SEUR, which delivers to the peninsula within 24-48 working days, with a maximum delay of up to 2 extra days in the case of weekends. This period starts from the date of collection of the package in our warehouse, 24-48h if the product is in our facilities and 7-15h if the product is in the supplier's facilities. For orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday, the deadline will be counted from the first working day thereafter.

If the package is marked 'PENDING REVIEW' at the time of delivery, you can complain to the Post Office about any problems. It is also important that the telephone number and delivery address are correct and that someone is present to receive the package to avoid delays. If you wish the package to be delivered to your place of work, please bear this in mind.

IMPORTANT: Some of the brands of bicycles we offer, such as Trek, Electra and Bontraguer, have a sales policy that DOES NOT ALLOW SHIPPING OUTSIDE SPAIN. You can buy these items online, but you will have to collect them from our physical stores in Madrid.

PICK UP IN OUR SHOPS

You can shop conveniently on our website and collect your order from one of our stores. You will need to specify the store you would like to collect your order from and we will email you to confirm when it will be available for collection. If your order is available at a different store to the one you have selected, we will let you know and you will be able to choose that store if you prefer. If you buy online and collect your bike from one of our shops, we will give you 3 months from the date of purchase for the initial fitting.

PAYMENT METHODS

Depending on the total amount in your shopping basket, the different payment methods will be displayed.

1.- PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER

Available for any amount. If you choose this payment method, you will receive a confirmation email with our bank details once the order has been completed. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam filter or contact customer services. Once the order has been placed, we will hold the item(s) for 4 days and once we have registered the payment, we will dispatch the order immediately. Depending on your bank, this may take between 2 and 4 working days. The cost of the transfer will depend on your bank. Payment for an order is not considered complete until the full amount has been received in our bank account.

2.- PAY BY CARD - VIRTUAL TPV

A payment gateway screen will appear asking for your card details. This is to ensure that we do not handle or store your credit card details. We only know the details of the order and whether payment has been made. Once this process is complete, you will receive your payment confirmation.

Security for your purchases. At Sanferbike we use SSL technology, which allows us to encrypt the information you provide us with and prevent third parties from accessing it. However, the most important protection is your own password. Never share your password with anyone else and never make your account inaccessible. We comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations. The information you provide will only be used to process orders and improve our services, and will never be passed on to third parties without your prior consent.

CONNECTION. You should never connect to the Virtual POS service from a link in your email or by any other means. It is recommended that you type the URL directly into your browser.

PERSONAL PASSWORDS. NEVER give out your personal passwords to anyone, not even the Bank, by mail, telephone or in person

TRANSMISSION OF INFORMATION. Check that you are on a secure payment page: a 'closed padlock' should appear in the address of the page and the URL should begin with https:// (note the 's'). 

DISCONNECT THE SERVICE. Always use the disconnect function when you have finished your Virtual POS session. Our server deactivates sessions after a certain period of time, but it is better to close them manually to prevent someone else from using them in your absence.
