From the start, the goal for the Strada was to achieve the best aerodynamics AND maximum comfort. Because without comfort, you won't be able to maintain your aerodynamic position. While pushing the boundaries of aerodynamics and comfort in every detail, the Strada has two clearly differentiated zones:
-Speed Zone: the front half of the bike, with its ultra-deep yet narrow head tube, wraparound down tube and spade fork.
-Comfort Zone: the curved seat tube, slim seat stays and long, exposed seat post provide maximum comfort while promoting aerodynamics.
The Strada Italia is built in the same Bergamo factory as the Racemax Italia and Extrema Italia. This new 3T from the 2025 Strada Italia Project X range comes equipped with the Sram Red E1 AXS 2x12 electronic drivetrain, the Zipp 353 NSW aero carbon wheelset and wider tyres that better reduce impacts from cracks, curbs, cobblestones and potholes, and even have lower rolling resistance, because their smaller contact surface requires less casing flex, lowering fatigue caused by high-frequency road hum.
