The new TREK Madone SL 6 AXS Gen 8 model from 2025 is an aero bike that offers elite competition technology, at a more affordable price. It provides similar aerodynamic benefits to the higher-priced Madone SLR Gen 8, but with a cheaper OCLV 500 carbon layup and a two-piece cockpit with hidden wiring. It is designed for competition, with a geometry that maintains speed in sprints and control on fast descents. It also comes equipped with the SRAM Rival AXS 12-speed electronic transmission and the carbon wheelset among other high-end components.
