The tire is always supported by the same amount of rubber, whether on the straight or in the corner. This gives it consistent, secure grip at all times and at any angle, whether on a muddy cyclocross course or during a paved descent with ultra-fast hairpin turns. The result is a true dual-purpose knob that excels in mud and snow, but on hardpack or asphalt, it's faster than most road tires. No more choosing between grip or speed.
