What is Cetelem?
Cetelem is part of the BNP Paribas Group and has specialised in consumer credit since 1988. Cetelem is a company specialising in consumer credit, online credit and cards and has been part of the BNP Paribas Group since 1988.
What documents do I need for financing?
If you are already a Cetelem customer and have a credit line with us, you only need to accept your financing by entering a PIN code that you will receive on your mobile phone, without filling in any forms or sending any documents.
If you are a new Cetelem customer or do not have a credit line, the documents you will need are
- Double-sided identity card or residence card (in the case of foreign residents, we also need a signed official identity document from your country or a valid passport).
- Proof of income (last payslip if you are employed, last tax return if you are self-employed or pension revaluation letter if you are retired).
- First page of the bank book or a direct debit receipt showing the IBAN code and the name of the account holder, who must be the same person applying for the funding.
How much can I finance?
The minimum amount to be financed is ≥€90 and the minimum monthly payment is ≥€12. There is no maximum amount to be financed, but Cetelem is very committed to granting responsible credit adapted to the needs of each customer.
When do I start paying my financing?
The first invoice will be sent to your bank account on the 5th of the month following the financing. If you finance between the 25th and 31st, the first invoice will be sent on the 5th of the 2nd month following the finance.

What is the procedure for financing my purchase?
The process is very simple:
- Select the products you wish to purchase on the website.
- Once in the shopping basket, select the payment method 'Financing with Cetelem'.
- You will then be taken to the financing process where you can finance your purchase in just a few steps and 100% online.

How do I create a Sequra account?
When you make your first purchase, your account is automatically created with your personal details and mobile number and you can access it at any time.
How do I log in to my account?
To access your account you only need your ID and the mobile number or email you registered with, if you have any problems logging in to your account please contact us.
How do I change my payment card?
All you have to do is log in to your sequra account, go to the corresponding purchase and click on the 'Change' link next to the card number that is used to make payments (top right corner).
As always, all changes are free and without penalty, although you will see that we charge €1 to validate the card. This €1 will be deducted from your final payment.
How do I prepay or pay in instalments?
Log in to your customer account on sequra and select the plan you wish to complete to find the option 'Amortise plan'. You will then be able to complete the remaining payment by card, bank transfer or direct debit.
Why was my purchase request rejected?
The SeQura computer analysis system carries out an individual study of each request, analysing several variables of both the customer and the products they wish to purchase. If you have received a message that your order has not been accepted, you will need to choose another payment method to complete your purchase.
In any of our shops in Madrid, once you have filled in the form through our system, Cofidis or Cetelem will confirm if the operation has been pre-approved. If you have all the necessary documents (up to €2,000, your ID card is usually enough), they will authorise the transaction within 20 minutes. At that moment you will have your new bike or accessory ready to use. It's that simple!

¿Cómo hacer una simulación de financiación online con COFIDIS?

Una vez te confirmen la operación, también a nosotros Cofidis nos avisará para preparar tu pedido. En un plazo de 24 a 48 horas, tendrás tu compra financiada y disponible para recoger o enviar según el método de envío elegido.
Opción de financiación sujeta a la aprobación de Cofidis, S.A. Sucursal en España para importes entre 150 a 6000 EUR en cuotas de 3, 6, 10, 12, 18, 24, 30, y 36 meses. TIN 0 %. TAE del 4,54% al 47,13 %, la cual varía según el importe y el plazo de financiación seleccionado, debido a la existencia de una comisión. Esta comisión de apertura financiada varía entre el 3 % y el 7 % en función del plazo de la financiación, siempre con un mínimo de 150 €. El importe mínimo de la cuota mensual 15 EUR.
