SHIPPING and DELIVERY Once you intend to place an order you must click the BUY button. On the cart screen, the first thing we will ask you for will be your personal information, delivery address, billing and telephone number, to be able to issue an invoice and prepare the package. As a general rule, packages are prepared immediately as soon as the order is received. We prepare orders from Monday to Friday from any of our cycling stores in Madrid. The home delivery service is carried out with the express transport companies SEUR, GLS, ENVIALIA or DHL that deliver to the peninsula in a period of 2 to 5 days, being reasonable that they take up to 2 more days if there is an end week in between. This period will begin to count from the date of collection of the order in our warehouse. For orders placed during the weekend or on holidays, the period will count from the first business day. It is important to reflect on the delivery note of your package "PENDING REVIEW" in order to be able to claim any incident from the courier. And it is also important that both the telephone number provided and the shipping address are correct and that there is someone waiting for the package to avoid delays, keep this in mind if you want to request delivery to your workplace.

SHIPPING OF BICYCLES IMPORTANT: Some of the bicycle brands we offer have a sales policy that DOES NOT ALLOW SEND HOME. You can buy these items online but you must pick them up in our physical stores in Madrid. If the bicycle supports shipping: • Spain Peninsula * shipping is free, • Spain Balearic Islands: € 35 • Portugal: € 49.95 • Europe: € 180 (after consultation) * Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands do not have the transport service.
COLLECTION IN OUR STORES You can buy comfortably on our website and collect the purchase in our stores. You must indicate the store you want to pick up your order and we will confirm via email the period in which it will be available for collection. If your order is available in another store other than the one chosen, we will inform you of this and you can choose to go to this other store if you prefer. If you buy online and pick up your bike in one of our stores, we will give you 3 months of initial readjustments from the date of purchase.

PAYMENT METHODS The different forms of payment will be displayed depending on the total purchase amount of the cart.
1.- PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER Available for any amount. If you choose this method of payment, once the order is completed you will receive a confirmation email with our bank details. If not, check your spam filters or call our Customer Service. Once the order is completed, we will reserve the item (s) for 4 days and, as soon as we register the payment, we will proceed to send the order immediately. Depending on the bank, the transfer may take between 2 and 4 business days to complete. The costs of the transfer are subject to your bank. The payment of an order will not be considered made until the total amount of the payment has been received in our bank account.
2.- PAYMENT WITH A CARD - VIRTUAL POS Payment through the Secure Payment Gateway CECABANK POS for amounts up to € 499.99 Payment through the Secure Payment Gateway REDSYS POS for amounts from € 500 A payment gateway screen will be displayed where your bank card credentials will be requested. In this way we guarantee that we do not handle or store your bank card information. We only know the order details and if the payment has been made. Once this process is finished you will receive your payment confirmation.
